1. Who handles your information

CarryFree Shanghai is the local service team responsible for information submitted through carryfreepvg.com. The contracting service operator will be identified in the written booking confirmation before payment. Privacy enquiries may be sent to support@carryfreepvg.com or +86 156 9253 2465.

2. Information we collect

We collect the name, email address, phone or messaging contact, language, flight or train details, pickup time, hotel or address details, luggage description, booking notes and order history that you provide. During service we may also record security-seal numbers, driver and vehicle assignment, luggage exterior photographs, handover or delivery photographs, service messages, payment status and incident records. Our server may keep basic security logs such as IP address, time and browser information.

3. Why we use it

We use information to review and fulfil booking requests, identify and hand over luggage, coordinate hotels, drivers and customers, send service updates, collect or verify payment, provide tracking and support, investigate incidents, protect system security, maintain business records and comply with law. We do not sell personal information or use booking details for unrelated advertising.

4. Who receives it

Only information reasonably necessary for the task is shared with assigned staff, drivers, vehicle or logistics partners, hotels or receiving locations, website hosting and security providers, email delivery providers, and payment providers selected by the customer. We may disclose information to authorities when legally required. Partners must use the information only for the agreed service and protect it appropriately.

5. Overseas processing

Our website is hosted in China, but email delivery and optional international payment services may process necessary booking, contact or payment information outside mainland China. The booking form requests separate consent for this processing. We minimise the information sent and do not send luggage photographs to an overseas provider unless required to communicate with the customer or resolve a claim. Customers who do not agree should contact support before submitting the online form so we can discuss an available local channel.

6. Storage and deletion

Booking and operational records are normally kept for up to 24 months after service completion so that we can handle support, complaints and safety reviews. Payment, invoice, dispute or compliance records may be kept longer when required by law. Data is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer reasonably needed, unless a dispute, investigation or legal duty requires continued retention.

7. Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, copy, correct or delete your personal information, withdraw consent, or ask how it has been used. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully completed and may make an uncompleted service impossible. We will verify identity before acting on a request. Complaints may be sent to support@carryfreepvg.com.

8. Security, children and updates

We use access controls, restricted staff access, encrypted web connections and operational backups. No internet service is risk-free, so customers should not place passports, cash or unnecessary sensitive information in booking notes. The service is intended for adults; a guardian must make a booking involving a minor. Material policy changes will be posted here with a new effective date.

2. 我们收集哪些信息

我们会收集客户主动提供的姓名、邮箱、电话或即时通信联系方式、语言、航班或车次、取件时间、酒店或地址、行李描述、预约备注和订单记录。服务过程中还可能记录封签编号、司机和车辆安排、行李外观照片、取件或送达照片、沟通记录、付款状态及异常处理记录。服务器可能保留IP地址、访问时间和浏览器信息等基本安全日志。

3. 使用目的

信息用于审核和履行预约、识别与交接行李、协调酒店司机和客户、发送进度、收取或核对款项、提供查询与客服、调查异常、保障系统安全、保存经营记录及履行法定义务。我们不会出售个人信息，也不会把订单详情用于无关广告。

4. 信息接收方

我们仅按完成任务的必要范围，将信息提供给被指派的工作人员、司机、车辆或物流合作方、酒店或收件地点，以及网站托管与安全、邮件发送和客户选择的付款服务商。法律要求时可能向主管机关提供。合作方应仅为约定服务使用信息并采取相应保护措施。

5. 境外处理

网站服务器位于中国境内，但邮件发送服务及可选的国际付款服务可能在中国大陆以外处理完成预约所必需的订单、联系或付款信息。预约表会就此单独征求同意。我们会尽量减少传输内容；除非为与客户沟通或处理理赔所必需，不会把行李照片发送给境外服务商。不同意的客户可在提交网页表单前联系客服，咨询是否有可用的境内沟通渠道。

6. 保存期限与删除

订单和运营记录一般在服务完成后保存不超过24个月，以处理客服、投诉和安全复核。付款、发票、争议或合规记录可能依法律要求保存更长时间。不再具有合理必要性时会删除或匿名化；存在争议、调查或法定义务时除外。

7. 客户权利

客户可以申请查阅、复制、更正或删除个人信息，撤回同意，或询问信息使用情况。撤回不影响此前依法完成的处理，但可能导致尚未完成的服务无法继续。处理申请前我们会核实身份。相关申请或投诉请发送至 support@carryfreepvg.com。

8. 安全、未成年人及更新

我们采用访问控制、人员权限限制、加密网站连接和运营备份等措施。互联网服务无法保证绝对安全，请勿在备注中填写护照号码、现金信息等非必要敏感信息。本服务面向成年人；涉及未成年人时应由监护人预约。重大政策变更会在本页面公布并更新生效日期。
