Questions travelers ask before booking
The answers customers usually need before they hand over a bag.
When should I book?+
Book at least 24 hours ahead when possible. Same-day requests are accepted before 16:00 with at least three hours’ notice, subject to route capacity.
Where do I meet the team at PVG?+
After confirmation, we send the correct T1 or T2 photo and video guide. Handover takes place in the public arrival hall.
Where do I meet at Hongqiao?+
Choose Hongqiao Airport T1/T2 or Hongqiao Railway Station when booking. Support confirms the exact public-area meeting point before payment.
Can my hotel receive the luggage?+
Yes. Confirm with reception first and share the reservation name. We send delivery proof after the front desk receives the bags.
What if my flight or train is delayed?+
Message support as soon as the delay appears. We move the handover to the next workable time and confirm any change before dispatch.
Can you carry more than five bags?+
Yes. Up to 12 regular bags can be requested online. We confirm vehicle capacity and the final group price before payment.
How do I pay?+
After reviewing your request, support sends a PayPal payment link or WeChat Pay / Alipay instructions. The request itself is free.
